Gather with us to explore mindfulness and meditation, wellbeing, yoga, communication and relational practices in a serene and intimate setting with other women committed to supporting each other. We invite women of all backgrounds (ages 14 and up) – new to mindfulness, meditation and yoga, experienced in all of the above or any level in between – who are open to learning and sharing together.

Registration:

$65 per individual ticket or pair with someone for $110 (mother / daughter, sisters, aunt / niece, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc!) *

Registration includes:

  • yoga and guided meditation sessions Friday and Saturday
  • “Be the Ripple” journal
  • snacks Friday and a mid-day meal Saturday
  • time with women in a restorative space

The event will be held at the Granary building in downtown Bellingham, WA. We will begin Friday, November 8th at 6:30 until 9:30 pm, and then reconvene Saturday, November 9th from 12:15 – 4:15 pm (with an option to join in a 75 minute yoga class at 11 am.)

Afternoon snack:

fresh fruit

What to bring:
water bottle
comfortable clothing (for yoga / walking)
yoga mat (if you have one)
favorite pen or pencil
